I thought this was a dessert-only place. Wow, was I wrong! They have an extensive pan-Pacific menu that looks amazing! The Oreo Crepe Cake we had was excellent, and now we're excited to go back and try their full menu!

always quality food, especially the purple rice burrito with everything, I really enjoy the taro pudding as well as all of the fresh mochi and I would highly recommend the taro milk tea with brown sugar. Boba The Owner is very kind and good at what he does and I really enjoy all of the employees and the fast service.

Service was speedy, and our drinks were delicious! I had the Mango Tea with Popping Boba, and even at 50% sugar, it was super sweet. I can't wait to come back for more, but I'd get even less sugar next time!

Such a cute and inviting place! I stopped in as I was visiting out of town for the bar exam, and Koala Cafe had excellent reviews. The boba did NOT disappoint. I had the Koala Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba, and the milk to tea ratio was perfect. Not too sweet, either. The boba was delicious! So soft and chewy. Not tacky at all and I could tell it was good quality boba. The cafe also serves food! Like real food - not just pastries I wish I had stopped in before I had dinner next door, because the calamari and sushi rolls looked so delicious. Along with the boba, I also got a Sakura pastry and matcha green tea crepe cake. The cake was good but a little heavy on the cream. Still delicious though! The staff were so sweet and gave me suggestions on what types of milk tea would suit my tastes. Loved that they were so patient while I made a choice! Will definitely return next time I'm in town!

Finally tried the food here - instantly regretted we took so long to do so!!! Their food is AMAZING. It tasted so fresh, like it was homemade. Their portions were very generous as well, especially with the shrimp - usually with shrimp dishes you get like 3 or 4... I literally kept finding more and more shrimp, it was fantastic. The shrimp stirfry was a bit spicy but not hot enough to stop me. It was delicious. The black pepper chicken was just as awesome! We also tried their Szechuan fries. Afraid they'd be too spicy, they really weren't! They were very good as well. We ordered them expecting the meal portions to be a lot smaller, but alas. We had so much food. Definitely will be back

One of the rare places that have cheese foam as an option, and they actually lay on a thick layer! Reminiscent of the cheese foam boba that I had in Taiwan, the matcha cheese foam drink was awesome! A true matcha drink (more bitter than sweet), it was served as a slush type and had little ice particles that were fun to chew on. The Koala fruit tea is also a really great pick if you're more into juice! The other thing I love is that they serve a durian fruit crepe with real durian chunks. Yummmm!
